We begin the process with a conversation. We want to hear your story and your specific challenges. Once we clearly understand your goals and challenges, we begin leading you through the PVD System.
While helping organizations navigate leadership and culture issues, we discovered that many young accountants lacked critical skills that could benefit their firms and their personal careers as well. As a Top 50 accounting firm, we understand the value of leadership training for our young accounting colleagues and years ago developed Ascend PVD to address this need. Now, we are making Ascend PVD available to accounting firms across the country with a series of two-hour quarterly workshops using the framework of Purpose, Vision, and Disciplines to create exceptional leaders.
