Juleen Keefer
Juleen Keefer is a seasoned Leadership and Culture Coach who joined the High Performance team in 2019. With over three decades of diverse professional experience across government, non-profit, and corporate sectors, Juleen brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her career journey has encompassed coaching, mentorship, cultural diversity, and leadership, with a proven track record of guiding individuals and teams towards interpersonal growth and transformation.
Specializing in business owners, managers, and C-suite executives, Juleen focuses on assessing and harnessing critical leadership competencies, emotional intelligence, communication, conflict management and conflict resolution, as well as team building. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Malone University and 45 graduate-level hours in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, emphasizing human growth and development, diversity, counseling methods, and ethics.
Juleen co-facilitates group coaching practices for High Performance fostering peer-to-peer strategies and research-driven practices. Her expertise in organizational psychology and culture empowers her to conduct business culture surveys and interpretative analytics, providing evidence-based solutions for organizations facing common challenges. Juleen’s guidance helps leaders and teams achieve their full potential, driving success and innovation.
Michael Estrich
Mike Estrich serves as the Client Engagement Director and Business Consultant within the High Performance division for HBK. With a wealth of experience, Mike has spent more than two decades in business development and management, consistently driving exponential sales growth.
Prior to joining HBK, he excelled as a technology consultant for five years and later as an executive management consultant for six years, specializing in aiding regional manufacturers and nonprofits in optimizing profitability and growth. Mike’s strength lies in his ability to envision the bigger picture and connect the dots, providing impactful and sustainable solutions for the organizations he collaborates with.
Mike’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics with Specialization in Industrial and International Trade from SUNY Binghamton University. Committed to his community, he also serves as a Board Member for Montessori Regional Charter School. With Mike’s strategic insight and dedication, organizations achieve lasting success and growth.
Bill Cox
Bill Cox is on a mission to inspire and empower leaders to create and leave behind a lasting legacy. With a deep passion for working with leaders, he recognizes their profound influence on numerous lives and seeks to guide them from mere success to enduring significance through their leadership.
With over two decades of experience coaching and developing leaders in various roles, including as an executive leader and pastor, Bill transitioned to coaching leaders in the marketplace in 2014. Witnessing the challenges leaders faced in enriching lives and building thriving communities, Bill was driven to help them strengthen their leadership skills and navigate hurdles. He has had the privilege of working with thousands of leaders, from small business to large corporations, helping them reach new heights and lead purposeful lives of influence.
Raymond O. Kuneli, Jr.
Ray Kuneli is an esteemed instructor with High Performance, dedicating his motivational expertise to unlocking the untapped potential of leaders, teams, and individuals.
With a rich background in high-performing organizations, Ray has notably served within various federal government agencies, including the Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force Reserves, where he has delivered transformative leadership and culture training. As a Human Resource Director, he has provided valuable counsel to management, earning the title of “Cultural Remodeler” among his peers in the motivational field. His illustrious career in the Air National Guard culminated in achieving the prestigious rank of Chief Master Sergeant, the highest attainable rank for an enlisted airman. Additionally, he holds degrees in Maintenance Management and Human Resources from the College of the Air Force.
Employing his coaching, teaching, modeling and training skills, Ray empowers individuals to uncover their latent leadership qualities. Guided by the principle of “service before self,” his instructional philosophy is firmly rooted in the servant leadership model.
